1. Refund and Dispute Policy

Customers who believe they were charged incorrectly should contact us first at [email protected].

We review requests case-by-case. Where required by law or where a duplicate/incorrect charge is verified, we process an appropriate refund.

To reduce disputes and chargebacks, we may request order details, account identifier, and transaction date.

2. Return Policy (Physical Goods)

Ato Store currently provides digital goods/services only. Physical goods are not sold at this time.

If physical goods are introduced in the future, this section will be updated with return window, condition requirements, and shipping responsibility details.

3. Cancellation Policy

For one-time digital purchases, cancellations after successful delivery are generally not accepted, except where applicable law grants cancellation rights.

For recurring plans (if enabled in the future), users will be able to cancel before the next billing cycle starts.

4. Legal and Export Restrictions

Users must comply with all applicable laws, including sanctions, export control, and local software regulations.

Access may be restricted or suspended where provision of service would violate legal obligations.

5. Promotion Terms

Promotional offers may have eligibility limits, usage periods, and region/account restrictions.

Unless explicitly stated, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or transferred.

We may modify or terminate promotions where abuse, fraud, or operational issues are detected.
