Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines prohibited behavior for the public, no-payment beta release of Ato Store.

This policy applies to all users, publishers, and visitors. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Security and Malware

You may not upload, distribute, or link to malware, spyware, ransomware, hidden miners, credential stealers, or software designed to bypass security controls.

2. Abuse and Platform Misuse

You may not perform scraping that harms service availability, bypass rate limits, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with normal platform operation.

3. Illegal and Harmful Content

You may not distribute content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, exploitative, deceptive, or intended to facilitate abuse.

4. Privacy and Data Handling

Capsules and agents must clearly disclose high-risk permissions and data transfer behavior. Hidden exfiltration, unauthorized tracking, or deceptive consent flows are prohibited.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warnings, visibility reduction, content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
