IP and Takedown Policy

This page describes how to report copyright, trademark, and other IP concerns in Ato Store beta.

We respond to valid intellectual property complaints and may remove content while we review notices and counter-notices.

1. Filing an IP Notice

Please include your contact details, proof of ownership, exact URL or package identifier, and a good-faith statement describing the alleged infringement.

2. Review Process

After receiving a notice, we may request additional information, notify the publisher, disable access temporarily, or remove the reported content.

3. Counter-Notice

Publishers may submit a counter-notice if they believe a report was made in error. We review counter-notices and may restore content when legally appropriate.

4. Repeat Violations

Repeated or egregious infringement may result in reduced visibility, account restrictions, or permanent removal from the platform.
