Use ato.run with AI

ato.run has an MCP server. An AI assistant that supports MCP connectors, such as ChatGPT, Claude or another MCP client, can use it to work with the apps in your Library. You decide what each connection can do.

On this page: Connect an assistant · Choose permissions · Manage or disconnect.

Connect an assistant

  1. In your AI assistant, add a custom connector or MCP server. The name of this setting depends on the assistant.
  2. Enter this server URL:
https://api.ato.run/v1/mcp
  1. When the assistant opens ato.run, sign in with the account that owns your Library.
  2. Review the request and choose Connect.

If the assistant does not offer custom connectors or remote MCP servers, it cannot connect to ato.run yet. Check its documentation for MCP support.

Choose permissions

The connection request shows two kinds of permissions:

PermissionWhat it controls
Connection permissionsWhat this assistant may do with your account, such as reading or changing apps.
Shared app permissionsWhat any connected assistant may do inside each app, from Not allowed to All operations.

An assistant can act only within both. You can change app permissions later in App permissions.

Manage or disconnect

Open Connected AI in Settings to see each connection. Choose Manage to review it, or Disconnect to stop its access. Disconnecting does not change your app permissions.
